HOW TO ORDER
Call or E-mail with your order. We accept certified bank checks, money orders, or credit cards (Visa, Master Card or Discover). No personal checks are accepted. Please call before sending an order in the mail so that we can verify the order total and make sure it is in stock. Please include your address, E-mail, phone number and best time to call with your orders. You may order by phone at 610-367-6126 or e-mail us at dave@pachellaarms.com .
Pennsylvania residents must pay 6% sales tax. This means your order total plus 6%.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy the following from me and prove it by sending a copy of your driver’s license. The address on your driver’s license must match your shipping address. Your local and state laws may not be the same, so if an item is not legal where you live or if you must be 21 instead of 18, then don’t order it. –Above items include: muzzle loaders, cross bows, pepper spray, knives, broadheads, air guns and bb guns, pellets and bb’s. An adult signature is required at the time of delivery.
Firearms must be sent to a licensed firearms dealer. To order a firearm, first check with your local dealer to see if he will receive it for you – he will charge you a nominal fee for his service. Then get in contact with me to arrange payment. Have your local dealer send me a signed copy of his firearms license. Then you can pick it up from him when it arrives. If the firearm is not legal in your town or state, then don’t try to order it. Check with your local dealer if you have any questions about this.
Shipping and handling charges to the contiguous 48 states are as follows:
Firearms - $25.00 each, Bows - $20.00 each, scopes, optics or binoculars - $10.00 each, knives - $8.00 each, arrows - $8.00 for a half dozen or one dozen (you can include a set of field points or broadheads with arrows). We reserve the right to charge an additional amount for shipping if necessary. Example; oversize or extremely heavy items and higher value items that require additional insurance.
We reserve the right to refuse sales and service to anyone we choose.
